Marketing & Communications Professional · Toronto

Hi, I’m Nour. I make complicated things easy to read.

I create small, high-stakes copy that simplifies complex topics and helps audiences take the next step with confidence.

My writing style blends story-led communication, user focused UX language, and conversion-focused messaging to ensure content resonates while driving results. I focus on bringing warmth and intention to every piece, whether it’s emails, payment journeys, error states, articles, or landing pages. This portfolio highlights my work rooted in empathy, precision, and a deep respect for the decisions people navigate.

Who am I, really?

Chemistry, business, and then literature?

Yes, I studied all three. It sounds like I couldn’t make up my mind, but it turned out to be great training for this job. I’m comfortable with technical details, I understand what a business needs, and I care a lot about how words land with the person reading them.

Right now I’m a Marketing Content Specialist at CannDelta in Toronto. I write brand guides and website copy, manage social calendars for 5+ clients, and edit work from a team of seven copywriters so everything stays on brand and compliant.

Before that, I coordinated digital projects for clients like Microsoft, Intel, and AWS, ran bilingual communications for EdCan Network, and wrote UX copy for Getty Images and iStock. And since 2018, I’ve managed digital content for Rusted Radishes, a literary and art journal from Beirut.
